Ingredients

  • Rice..2glass


  • Sugar..1/2glass


  • Kesar color..1/4tsp


  • Raisin..2tsp


  • Chop almonds..5pcs


  • Chop cashews..5pcs


  • Chop pista..5pcs


  • Chop dry coconut..2tsp


  • Whole cloves..2pcs


  • Whole green cardamom..2pcs


  • Whole brown elachi..1


  • Whole cinnamon stick..1


  • Pure ghee..3tsp

Directions

  • Then take a rice washed and soaked.
  • Take a vessel add 6 glass of water then water boil add kesar color mix well.
  • Then add soaked rice mix well then rice cook in slow heat .
  • Rice r aldante boil then gas off .
  • Then water r drain.
  • Take a big bowl add hot rice,sugar and all dry fruits mix well .
  • Then take a wok add ghee,then ghee hot all whole masala crushed and add in ghee.
  • After 2 second thenadd hot 2 rice and coverd with lid.
  • After 5 minutes then rice rcooked.
  • Serve hot kesariya rice.
